Tour of Pembrokeshire 2019 Prologue Ride

Prelude to the main event took place in North Pembrokeshire

The 2019 Tour of Pembrokeshire Prologue Ride recently took place on Friday the 18th of January. Riders set off from Crug Glas, the Tour HQ, for a taste of what the 2019 Tour of Pembrokeshire course has to offer. There were a couple of great routes to choose from, with riders selecting either the 25 or 40-mile routes, which was then followed by a delicious lunch and fantastic star company which included Eddie Butler, the BBC Broadcaster.
FBM Holidays boss Tim Brace was one of the lead riders to take part in the prologue to the West Wales Sportive. Whilst the morning of the ride was one to forget from a weather point of view, all riders braved the elements and face the hills for this traditionally well-represented prelude to the main Tour, which takes place in May, on Saturday, 18th.
Organisers said that the ride was “Wet, windy and cold – but all riders finished with a smile”
