Kat will perform a vital role in the customer service team.
FBM Holidays are pleased to introduce the newest member of our team, Kathryn Blayney, who will take up the role of Duty Manager and directly assist the Customer Service Manager and team in all day to day duties. Kat, as she likes to be known, is a friendly and familiar face to many in the Tenby area, having worked locally for the last few years.
Kat has a strong background in customer service and people management and was one of the standout applicants from the recruitment process.
We’re delighted that Kat has decided to join us, and she replaces Billy Connor, who left to join Gwent police in December. Kat’s role is a key one, as providing amazing support and customer service to our property owners as well as customers is one of the most important things we do on a day-to-day basis. FBM Holidays partner Tim Brace has said of the appointment, “We’re delighted, after a successful recruitment drive to appoint Kat, who we know will be a vital asset to the firm.
