Who doesn’t love a Christmas Market?

Who doesn’t love a Christmas Market? Wandering around stalls of locally made wares, sampling local jams and tipples, finding unique gifts and meeting the people who lovingly make them whilst Christmas carols play…What could be better? Pembrokeshire has a whole sled-full of great markets and fayres to visit over the festive season, and there’s still time to visit some if you’ve left present buying to the last minute!

Saundersfoot Christmas Festival – 7th, 8th & 9th December

The annual Christmas Festival in Saundersfoot consistently delivers Christmas spirit and excitement for all the family. With over 60 exhibitors, live music, kitchen demos, Santa’s grotto, a lantern parade, fun fair and the illumination of the harbour decking, there’s plenty to see and enjoy at Saundersfoot harbour this weekend. Oriel Y Parc Christmas Wreath Workshop – 12th December

Not a Christmas Market but the Christmassy-est (yes, we just made that a word) way to spend the day getting into the festive spirit. Tenby Christmas Market – 14th – 16th December

Tenby’s first Christmas Market is making its debut this year, and is set to be a cracker! Held in the De Valence Pavilion, visitors can expect local food, drink, crafts and gifts by specially selected artisans and craftspeople. There will also be activities for children and plenty of Christmas cheer. To celebrate the event and to carry on the festive spirit into the night, live music will be playing in several pubs and venues around the town. Free Entry.

Haverfordwest Christmas Farmers Market 7th, 14th and 21st December

Every Friday throughout December, Haverfordwest Christmas Farmers Markets are the place to visit for top quality local ingredients, indulgent extras and all the fancy trimmings required to make your festive season a gastronomic event! All in Riverside Shopping Centre, with carol singers too!

Christmas Fayre at Pembrokeshire Showground – 16th December

Over 80 trade stands, a festive grotto, local food and drink producers, festive entertainment, cooking demonstrations and much more. More yule than you can shake a sleigh bell at. £3 entry, under 12’s go free.

Southwood Farm Christmas Fair – 8th December

Southwood Farm hosts its annual Christmas Fair. Visitors can browse stalls filled with arts, crafts and local produce, explore the historic National Trust farm and enjoy a refreshing winter walk. Free entry.
