Holidays in Newcastle Emlyn

Self-catering holiday cottages in Newcastle Emlyn

Straddling the Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire border in the beautiful Teifi Valley, our holiday cottages in Newcastle Emlyn enjoy an incredibly scenic spot in West Wales. This historic market town boasts a great selection of interesting shops and antique centres, along with cafes, restaurants and pubs, so there are plenty of opportunities to dine out.

At its heart are the ruins of a 13th-century castle; surrounded by a loop of the River Teifi, it’s a wonderful spot for a walk or picnic. From our Newcastle Emlyn cottages, you will be within easy reach of some of the town’s popular attractions, including the National Wool Museum and National Coracle Centre at Cenarth Falls.

If you’re feeling active, you can enjoy canoeing on the river or head out on one of the many beautiful walks in the area. Or if you fancy feeling the sand between your toes, our self-catering accommodation in Newcastle Emlyn is also near the glorious coastline of North Pembrokeshire, with Cardigan Bay only 9 miles away, where the River Teifi meets the sea.
