Maintained with traditional elements throughout, this lovingly updated cottage combines character with comfort in every room. You're first welcomed into a lounge that's kept cosy thanks to a warming wood burner. Curl up by the fire at night and enjoy binge-watching TV shows on the Smart TV. The ground floor also offers a light and bright kitchen/diner which gives access to the generous garden space, perfect for dining indoors or taking meals outside. Views of this garden can also be enjoyed from the two first floor bedrooms. Ascend the open stairs and find a double and a 4' double bedroom with stunning views to wake up to at the break of each day.

Some of West Wales’ prettiest coastal spots can be accessed within 35 miles, whether it’s Cardigan Bay’s traditional seaside spot of New Quay (17 miles) or Pembrokeshire’s bustling Tenby (35 miles) and picturesque Fishguard (29 miles). The mystical woodlands of Coed Y Foel (6 miles) sit close by and offer plenty of adventure, alongside the River Teifi (3 miles), where you can enjoy a waterfront walk or fish for salmon and trout. On a rainy day, spend time at the National Wool Museum (1 mile) or browse the shops in Newcastle Emlyn (4.5 miles).

Had a great Easter weekend with family. Cottages were amazing. We had all 3. Very well equipped. Owners were very friendly but not intrusive. Amazing welcome basket. The best we have ever had. Everything you need for your first breakfast. Visited the Welsh National Wool museum, Cenarth Falls, Internal Fire Museum of Power, Teifi Valley Railway andRead more nearby beaches. would recommend all these areas to visit. Wunderschnes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Alles ist perfekt: Kche ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist sauber, Betten sind komfortabel, Parkplatz vorhanden. Allzu gro sollte das Auto nicht sein, da der Weg zum Haus an einer Stelle sehr schmal ist. Mit einem VW Golf klappt das aber problemlos. 10 von 10 Sternen.

As my wife and I were staffing on the local preserved railway the location was excellent but would be equally good if you were visitng this beautiful area of Wales. Local roads are very narrow in places and some can be quite steep but a large people carrier is perfectly able to get about with no issues. What a lovely cottage in a great location. Don and Sam were really welcoming. They have made the cottage so warm and homely. The welcome basket was a fabulous surprise too. There are beautiful walks nearby and a cracking pub, it was an ideal break for our family. Thank you.

We just had an Autumn mini-break, 4 nights, 2 adults and two small dogs, at Spinners Cottage and it was lovely. The cottage was just as in the photos, large living room, extremely well stocked kitchen, lovely bathroom and two good sized, comfortable double bedrooms. My sister and I (and Freddie the dog) had a lovely weeks holiday at Spinners cottage, which has two comfortable bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We found the tight driveway access over the bridge a little tricky, but everything else was fine. A beautifully maintained house, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The welcome package was amazing and as was all the extras for my little dog. If I could change anything at all it would be the location, it is a little too remote for the beaches etc although having said that we did enjoy the peace n quiet, can't have it all. Absolutely fantastic dog friendly cottage! Had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Great, quiet location central to lots of local attractions. Don was a great host, friendly and knowledgeable of all things local. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we hope to visit again.

I'd highly recommend Dolgoch Mill cottages. We stayed in Spinners Cottage and there was everything you could want or need for a self catering break. The cottage was clean, comfortable, very well kitted out, and in an idyliic setting. Hosts Sam and Don were magnificent and nothing was too much trouble. There was also a very generous welcome package Read moreof food stuffs, which was a wonderful surprise and saved us having to rush out to buy milk (though there are amenities just a 10min walk away). After a long journey, we arrive to a warm welcome from our host Don, once in the cottage we found a lovely food hamper in the kitchen, bread, wine, cakes, home made marmalade, eggs and surprised to find milk, butter & cheese in the fridge. The cottage was immaculately clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. A wonderful stay, the cottage and the owners Dan and Sam were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and we were delighted with our choice of property and the lovely peaceful village, I loved hearing the running water in the nearby stream, from my bedroom window and the hoot of the owls at night. The cottage was beautiful and immaculate. There wasn't anything that I would say was missing. The location was idyllic and the sound of the river was just perfect.
