This charming, detached cottage is tucked away in a quiet private mews, within half a mile of the vibrant seaside resort of Tenby in Pembrokeshire.

Set in West Wales, this characterful property sleeps three guests across two bedrooms. It’s been beautifully furnished to offer a fusion of traditional and modern country-style interiors. There are some low ceilings in keeping with the historic character here. Take the short walk to Tenby North Beach (0.5 miles) for lazy beach days, or enjoy a spot of brunch and shopping. Discover some of the finest Welsh food, festivals, heritage and attractions in Tenby or try a wide range of sporty fun, including go-karts, tree-top walks and trampolines at Heatherton World of Activities (3 miles). Brave close encounters at the Dinosaur Park (3 miles), or walk Tenby’s clifftop trails towards the lofty ruins of Manorbier Castle (6.5 miles).

On arrival, step into the pretty entrance porch of this cosy holiday hideaway, where horseshoes over the door promise a cheerful stay. Settle in for family film nights in the relaxing living room where there’s comfortable seating and a TV/DVD with Freesat. Please note that the ceiling has some low beams in keeping with the historic nature of the property.

If you tall cottage not for you. Cottage has low ceilings and was dusty in a few places. Car parking in garage is hard especially if there are cars parked directly opposite and the garage is the first garage off the lane so you need your wits when entering or leaving. Live Tenby but not the cottage. There are better
