A superb dog friendly terraced house that has been furnished and equipped to a very good standard offering excellent accommodation for a family. A light airy house with 3 bedrooms, one is on the ground floor, parking and an enclosed garden to the rear with seating. It is situated in a cul de sac in a quiet area of town approximately 10 minutes walk to the centre where there are a number of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. A great choice of beautiful sandy beaches just 5 minutes away, and the well photographed Harbour. There are many family attractions within a half an hour drive, like Folly Farm, Heatherton, Oakwood.

Hallway. Lounge with TV/DVD, comfy seating, Wi-Fi. Bedroom 1, double bed, drawers, hanging space. Dining room, table/chairs, patio door to garden. Kitchen, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Utility room, washingmachine, tumble dryer, WC, whb. Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 2, with king-size bed, drawers, hanging space. Bedroom 3, with 2 single beds, drawers, hanging space. Bathroom, with bath, shower attachment, WC and whb. Garden, to the rear with patio, garden table and chairs. There is a bench at the front of the property Parking for up to 4 cars opposite the property. Rent inclusive of electricity and central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair available. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover.
