This comfortably furnished terraced cottage is situated in the heart of Tenby, a short walk from The Paragon, South Beach, Harbour Beach and North Beach. A great location for the family to enjoy the many delights the Town has on offer and all more or less on the doorstep. From fishing trips, a visit to Caldey Island is a must, a walk along the fabulous Pembrokeshire Coast National Parks coastal path and then relax in one of the many restaurants and pubs for al fresco dining during the summer months.

N.B. Stairs are very steep, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or elderly people or very young children

Lounge with TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. Kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Second sitting room with TV. Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1 with king-size bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, whb. Stairs to Attic Bedroom 3 with double bed, sky light. Courtyard with garden seating. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non smoking. 3pm takeover.
