Kiwi Cottage is a nicely presented and well furnished terraced holiday home and is conveniently positioned in a quiet street but only a 5 minute walk to town, ideally located for the South Beach, golf course and railway station. The property has all the modern conveniences of home and has been finished to a very high standard with plenty of room for five to six people to stay. This is a dog friendly property with a large paved, enclosed garden with nicely set out borders, and a bbq all to the rear of the property with seating to relax after a busy day exploring Pembrokeshire. It is a short walk to the multi storey car park, Sainsbury's supermarket and 200 meters from the 13th Century town walls which border the town centre. Tenby town has a good selection of shops, restaurants, public houses, galleries, plus a pretty harbour and three other beautiful beaches to choose from.

Stairs to first floor: Bathroom, with bath, seperate shower, WC, whb. Bedroom 1, king size bed, wardrobe. Bedroom 2, queen size bed, wardrobe. Bedroom 3, single bed, with further single bed underneath, wardrobe. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Rent is inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non-smokers only. 3pm takeover.
