Lovely clean house in nice situation as it was only a few minutes walk from the beach. Very comfortable for our large dog who was able to enjoy the walks to the beach. Nice basket hamper provided and all the locals and shop staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Be careful of the stairs really narrow and steep with a bend at the top. The cottage is small but then it is a cottage but with the toilet being downstairs its a real pain.

Overall a lovely cottage with a thoughtful welcome basket in a central location. The front door lock is terrible, we struggled to open it every time we returned. We were very pleased with the cottage although it is smaller than appears on the photos and the stairs are very narrow. It is well equipped and the bedding and towells are provided. Central to shop, pubs and restaurants.

A snug cottage tucked away from the busy part of New Quay. A short but steep walk to the harbour and the heart of the action. Comfy!

Do not stay here if you have mobility issues. There was no photo of the stairs of the property, they are very steep, narrow & winding. It was virtually impossible for me to go up & down them so unfortunately we had to leave the property after 3 nights. There is also a step up to the kitchen sink, 2 steps to the bathroom & steep steps up to the smalRead morel garden. Is this doesn't bother you then you will enjoy the cottage. It is located close to the beach and shops / pubs & the locals are friendly. Hide

A lovely little cottage in a great location. Tip - the front door has a 'knack' of how it needs to be opened! Turn the key, push the handle down and pull the door towards you. Cottage is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants etc. It was small than we thought it would be but still a good base. Had some difficulties as there was a house opposite being worked on and the builders were there from early morning till 9pm at night 3 of the nights. Wasnt ideal with small children who go to bed early.

Loved our time in New Quay, the cottage was exactly what we wanted, well positioned and our morning trips for coffee to drink overlooking the beach ensured we had a modicum of exercise each day. The cottage is small but that is what we signed up for, had all the equipment we would expect and was very clean. Would not hesitate to recommend it.
