Excellent accommodation, very peaceful with the river a constant source of interest & much quieter than you would expect from it's location in an interesting Georgian harbour town.

The view from the balcony is amazing, we spent ages watching the ducklings. The garden furniture means that I had my breakfast outside every morning. The location is perfect, directly on the river and yet steps from the high street and a few minutes walk to the beach.

Beautiful accommodation located right on river. Perfect as the property is right in town centre, but you could be in the middle of nowhere when sitting out on balcony. The town has everything you need in terms of shops and pubs etc but is also a great place to visit Newquay, and surrounding places of natural beauty. The bird life is awesome.
