A good sized house in a lovely location, close to some nice shops and short drive from the beach. Although a lot of the shops don't open Sundays and bank Holidays and the fish and chip shop shuts by 8pm on a Friday, which was surprisingly. House well equipped, the dogs were also thought about which was a nice touch. We also liked the enclosed gardeRead moren for the dogs although it's stone and I would have preferred some grass. Overall a good place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. Hide

Most areas very clean, floors were quite dusty in parts due to laminate. Most equipment provided, could do with large slotted spoon and better cutting knives. Would advise net curtains or slat blinds in downstairs front bedroom. Nice furniture throughout, only issue is mattresses were quite thin. Great price for the size of house. Good location witRead morehin the town, but private road has no street lighting, we had to use torch on phone when returning from the pub, so not to trip on raised ironworks. Hide

We had a lovely week stay at Old Mart Gate House. It was well laid out for us with the bedroom and the dog sleeping area on the ground floor. Very comfortable and every requirement catered for and the private parking was welcome. So close to the lovely little town and a short walk every evening to eat.

We had a great week of weather, booked at the last minute. Close enough to have a short drive to plenty of dog friendly beaches.
