This stunning house is in the seaside village of Tresaith, just metres from the beach on the Cardigan Bay coast. There’s lots to do nearby, including beautiful walks and lots of local beaches and towns to visit. There are two bedrooms, a super-king-size and a twin, making it the perfect base for a fun family holiday by the sea on this stunning piece of coastline.

The contemporary property has panoramic sea views and is decorated to a high standard with modern interiors and furniture. It has a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a big comfy sofa, a Smart TV, a cosy wood burner, and patio doors out to the balcony. The views from the living area and balcony are stunning, uninterrupted by the glass balustrade. You can dine inside or out, and as the kitchen is connected to the living area, you can all be together. There is also a downstairs WC. The two bedrooms, a twin and a super-king-size master bedroom, are on the first floor. Both bedrooms are welcoming, light, and airy and have storage, and the master bedroom gets the sea views.

The golden, sandy beach is just 400 metres away, popular with families and sailing enthusiasts. The house is also near the local cafe, pub, and shop in Tresaith. Book a guided boat tour to go dolphin spotting off the coast or head out on stunning walks along the Ceredigion Coast Path – Aberporth is 1 mile south and Penbryn, 1.5 miles north. The market town of Cardigan is 8.5 miles away where you’ll find some great shops, cafes, and restaurants to visit. Explore Cardigan Castle and its Grade II-listed gardens or visit Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park, 200 metres offshore overlooking the Teifi Estuary and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Great house in a great location. Perfect for family of 4 with small children. 5 mins walk to the beach with rock pools and great for swimming. Penbryn and Aberporth also really good for a day out. The house had everything we needed and amazing views out over the sea.
