Explore the stunning local area by heading out along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Tenby is a 4.5-mile walk in one direction and Amroth is 5.5 miles in the other. There’s beautiful scenery and wildlife in both directions so remember to take a camera. For a spot of culture, get inspired at Laugharne (12.5 miles away) where Dylan Thomas wrote Under Milk Wood, or visit Pembroke Castle (11 miles drive), the birthplace of Henry VII and enjoy a free tour or watch one of the numerous events that take place there throughout the year.
The imposing split-level house built and furnished to a very good standard and has views of the sea from many of the rooms. It provides open-plan living with a large living room/dining room/kitchen with plenty of space for everyone to relax, enjoy a meal together, cook up a storm, watch TV or just relax with a good book. The large conservatory provides further space to relax, with a log burner, and bi-fold doors that open onto the decking. There’s also a handy utility room for doing laundry, which has extra fridge space as well. The study is perfect for doing a spot of reading or holiday planning – and the separate snug/TV room with an enormous 70-inch Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and an HDMI lead for attaching a games console is perfect for kids to hang out. On the same level there are five gorgeous bedrooms. The large master bedroom provides the ultimate luxury with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, a balcony, a Smart TV, a sauna, and an en-suite with a double shower + double vanity unit. The second bedroom is also a king-size with en-suite double shower and double vanity unit, smart TV and plenty of storage space for holiday outfits. The next two bedrooms are double rooms with smart TVs and fitted wardrobes, the last bedroom is a fantastic bunk room, suitable for both adults and kids alike, with sleeping space for four, smart tv and built-in wardrobe. There’s also a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where there’s a gym with a cross trainer, rowing machine, smart TV, exercise bike, and weights, with internal access to the annexe.
Outside is no less impressive with large enclosed grounds that surround the house with a lovely lawn, a large, decked area with a BBQ and garden furniture with options for relaxing or dining. There is a second decking area with a hot tub for a real treat, making it a perfect night time entertainment space.
