Ideally situated at the popular seaside resort of Tenby, this is the perfect location to enjoy a restful and restorative holiday. Tenby has three beautiful sandy beaches where you can enjoy relaxing by the sea with wonderful views across Carmarthen Bay and beyond.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path (and the Wales Coast Path) stretches from the apartment to the East to Wiseman’s Bridge and to the West towards Manorbier and beyond offering the best of Coastal walking to those who wish to stretch their legs.
There is plenty of opportunity to explore and the harbour is a focal point for the town where it is possible to book sea trips which depart daily during the summer months. Tempting eateries and bakeries sell fresh bread, homemade cakes and of course delicious locally made ice-cream. There is a wide variety of many excellent pubs and restaurants serving everything from light bites to three-course meals.
Tenby has a small but interesting museum and a National Trust Tudor Merchants House which is brimming with history. A short 20-minute boat crossing takes you to the wonderfully peaceful Caldey Island, home of the Cistercian Monks, a monastery and a souvenir shop which sells island chocolate bars and fudge.
Further afield are the National Trust gardens and café at Colby Lodge whilst Bubbleton Farm has a shop and café and to interest the children some small farm animals. Stackpole Gardens are a little further away with a wonderful café selling light lunches and home made cakes and from there it is possible to walk to Bosherston Lily ponds (ask at the café for an illustrated map) and the scenic Barafundle Beach.
The property itself is accessible via a set of 16 steps, there is no lift servicing this section of apartments. Inside, the open-plan lounge/dining area has views over the garden and is the perfect space to relax and unwind. The contemporary kitchen has large windows, which flood the area with light and is very well equipped for cooking.
