This spacious, attractive property on the edge of Pembroke is big enough for a large family, or else invite your friends on a Welsh getaway. The house benefits from views of the gorgeous Norman castle, it's Keep and the nearby estuary. The walkers of the group will love exploring the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path National Trail which is right on your doorstep. Pop down to the Mill Ponds waterfront (0.5 miles) for a scenic stroll, and if you’re lucky you might even be able to spot an otter. When you’re feeling peckish, head over to Main Street (0.5 miles) where you’ll find an array of shops, pubs, and restaurants to choose from.

On the ground floor you’ll find a contemporary kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Adjoining the kitchen is the bright and airy dining room, with a large table and a sofa for extra comfort. Upstairs is the comfortable lounge, so enjoy conversation over drinks or a board game night. The lovely bedroom on this floor has bunk beds, with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. The stylish family bathroom on this floor adds a touch of comfort. On the top floor there are a further two inviting double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room.

Step out into the enclosed garden for some tranquillity. Shrubbery and flowerbeds keep nature close at hand, and the gravel area has outdoor dining furniture, so there’s no excuse not to fire up the BBQ. Ideal place for a short break in South Pembrokeshire. Great location in Pembroke overlooking the castle. Very easy access to the local area. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was small but well equipped and it was nice to have a barbecue available.

The property was in a good and convenient location. It was spotlessly clean and in a very good state of repair. The equipment provided was very extensive. A few minor issues: the bed in the first-floor bedroom was uncomfortable; there were plenty of knives but they were all very blunt; it lacked a couple of ovenproof serving dishes small enough to Read morefit in the microwave; the side gate needs a bit of maintenance as it is almost impossible to lock and unlock. 9am departure is far too early. No other firm asks for this. We had to leave a day early to make sure we left the cottage in a clean and tidy state. It is a great shame as otherwise I would rate this firm higher. I assume you have not yet updated since COVID - which is now over please note.
