Make your way into the bright kitchen/diner to prepare dinner then call your party to the table by the French windows. Keep these open on hot summer days so everyone can wander in and out from the courtyard. Venture up the stairs and discover the family shower room halfway up. The bedrooms, including a double, a twin and a bunk room are all on the first floor and they all have wall mounted TV's. Spill out into the courtyard whenever the sun is shining. Find a washing machine in an outhouse and the sauna and an outdoor shower out here too. Sit out in front of the cottage to soak up the evening sunshine. Find parking in public car parks within 100 metres.
Plan days on the beach with your family and friends. Wander down to North Beach to swim, play on the sand and paddleboard. The long South Beach, also about 200 metres away, is known for its rolling dunes and is popular for windsurfing. Visit the town’s lifeboat station, museum and indoor market. Hire a boat to explore the coastline yourselves or book a seat on a group trip. Organise a family day out to the dinosaur park approximately 3 miles away.
