The spacious kitchen/diner should make cooking and eating a pleasure, not a chore. If you want to sit comfortably and relax, you can opt for the light and airy lounge on the ground floor or the basement snug which feels really cosy with its exposed and whitewashed stone walls and lower ceiling. Challenge your nearest and dearest to a game of pool in the games room At bedtime, pick from the king-size bedroom on the first floor or a double up again on the second floor. Both rooms are elegant with individual decor and an extra single bed, sleeping an extra two on request, perfect for families with younger children. The fully enclosed garden with patio and gravel is a sun trap, perfect for those summer BBQs or al fresco dining.

Very comfortable house. Much appreciated welcome tray. Great location for walks, exploring and all tourist aspects. We had 2 large dogs with us and found pubs, cafes etc very accommodating. Parking worked well, the permit was very useful and we could see car from house. All in all, our weeks autumn break was most enjoyable.
