A very nice cottage with parking on sight I had a Kuga vehicle got through the gate and plenty room to park. The dogs could out in the enclosed back garden and they were safe I would go back to this cottage.

Great place to stay, clean, well-equipped and tidy. Importantly, the garden is fully enclosed, so our dogs could be let out without fear of them roaming. The location is ideal for the Pembrokeshire coastal path, Poppit Sands, Cardigan and Newport. If we holiday in the area again, we will try and book the Moorings.

We had a lovely stay in this sweet little cottage. The location on the doorstep of the estuary and a stones throw from the beautiful Poppit Sands beach is superb. The internet was a bit patchy if you used more than one device but otherwise it was sufficient. You have your own parking space separate from the flats next door. The fish & chips shop abRead moreout 15 mins walk into the village had good quality food and judging by the queues is popular with the locals. Will certainly consider coming again. Hide

Lovely property in a beautiful area. Perfect when you have dogs with outside space for them. Really close to a lovely pub and a beautiful beach, Poppit which accepts dogs on the one side even in the summer months. All round really comfy cottage.

The cottage is perfect for canine companions, easy to sweep up. We managed to stay cosy, the new radiator s meant we could manage the room temperature perfectly. Garden is great for watching the morning murmuration of the crows in the morning if you can't make it down to the river.

On arrival you drive into a car park at the rear of some flats so a bit disappointing but don't let this put you off as the area and people are very welcoming. The "cottage" is compact and a little tired so doesn't deserve the 4 star rating it was probably given some years ago but is perfectly adequate for a short stay. The cottage is ideally situated close to the Teifi estuary. It is well furnished and very clean. The garden is gravelled but with shrubs around is pleasant to sit in and read a book, is not overlooked and gets sunshine most of the day. A good base to explore the surrounding countryside.
