Situated on the owners’ rural smallholding, this former farm building has been converted into a wonderful, single-storey cottage which is great for small families and couples wishing to explore the Welsh coast and countryside. The Welsh coastline is just a short drive away and there are a number of sandy beaches for you to choose from including New Quay (4 miles), Aberaeron (4 miles) and Llangrannog (10.5 miles). There are plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife on the coast, be it on a dolphin-spotting boat trip or watching seals and seabirds gather on the rocks. Newcastle Emlyn (14.5 miles) is a great option for a day out, with an array of independent shops and eateries for all the family. Cenarth Falls are 17.5 miles away, or you could take a trip to Cardigan and visit Cardigan Castle (20 miles). Guests are also just a short drive from the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park (22 miles).

On arrival to this peaceful, rural property, take a moment to appreciate its stone exterior and the far-reaching views that are now yours to enjoy. Step inside and be welcomed by the social heart of the home, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is bathed in natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass balcony doors. Relax in the soft seating in this space, leaving the balcony doors open to let the countryside air flow in. For further relaxation, head to a second, separate lounge where a large TV and more cosy seating awaits. When stomachs start to rumble, head back into the well-appointed kitchen/diner and find all the amenities and space needed to cook and enjoy memorable holiday feasts together. At the end of each tranquil day away, choose from two delightful bedrooms, both of which boast well-equipped en-suite shower room. One room offers a double bed, while the other is a cosy single room.

Outside, make the most of the spacious lawned garden where a private hot tub allows for peaceful evenings soaking under the stars. You’ll also find a private, furnished balcony where you can enjoy al fresco evening drinks whilst taking in the far-reaching countryside views.

Absolutely stunning cottage, beautifully designed and equipped with everything to ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay. Had a lovely stay in this spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. We had such a brilliant holiday at the cowshed.The area was idyllic far reaching views and the only sounds were the cows and birds although a very short drive to beaches ,restaurants etc .The property was absolutely beautiful and modern,spotlessly clean a very well equipped kitchen,comfy sitting areas and really comfy beds.The hot tub was very wellRead more maintained and was a joy to use. Lovely cottage, clean and well equipped. The outside seating areas have great views and also the hot tub. The owners were very friendly and were around if you needed anything. The welcome pack was much appreciated (tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Eggs and wine)

Outstanding! The cottage is just beautiful with everything you need. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and plenty of room. Beds were really comfy. Fabulous outside space, decking with seating, patio with seating and of course the hot tub. So so peaceful with fabulous views. Our hosts, Stephanie and Emyr are just wonderful, going out of their wRead moreay to supply a ramp when they realised one of our party was in a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Fabulous location close all the local touristy parts in the area, yet very secluded and quiet. The host Stephanie & Emyr were so friendly and helpful. The Cowshed is a great house with a lovely rural view from the feature window. It's comfortable with high spec fittings. The hosts Stephanie and Emyr couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. We had a couple of hiccups with the WiFi but Emyr sorted it promptly. They gave advice on the area and were generally lovely hosts, respecting privacy. A lovely spacious cottage the pictures do not do it justice beautiful countryside views. We would definitely love to return. Relaxing and peaceful place and the hot tub was a bonus, the hosts were amazing and very helpful and friendly. The decking area was a lovely sun trap to relax on.
