Offering magnificent panoramic views over Tenby North Beach, Carmarthen Bay, the harbour and Tenby town, this stylish penthouse apartment provides tasteful accommodation for six guests. Perfect for friends and families, this two-storey apartment is situated at the top of an elegant Grade II-listed property near Tenby Harbour and has a lovely sun-deck off the main bedroom that attracts the sun until late and makes a great spot for al fresco drinks and dining. Close to the town centre, this is a great base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and is ideally situated for a fabulous range of pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and beautiful sandy beaches.

Six steps lead up to the shared entrance of the building, then a lift takes you up to the private apartment door on the third floor. Inside, you will find the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This convivial and relaxing space is perfect for unwinding in at the end of a wonderful day. The lounge features cosy seating, with a smart TV and full Sky TV package,  Xbox and Alexa Echo. The stylish, modern and well equipped kitchen has a full range of useful equipment and is a pleasure to cook in with panoramic views overlooking the bay. The dining area also benefits from those wonderful views and is perfect for everyone to gather and chat about the day. The apartment also features a luxury en-suite king size bedroom with smart TV and Alexa, a king size room with Smart TV, Disney +, Alexa Echo and Blue-ray player. This bedroom also has a sun deck overlooking the bay which takes in the sun until late into the evening. There is also a twin room with smart TV, Disney + and Xbox , as well as a luxury family bathroom and shower room.

Tenby North Beach is just across the road, with Tenby Harbour, St Catherine’s Island and Tenby Castle all within half a mile. Local attractions include Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (6.5 miles), Dinosaur Park Tenby (3 miles), Manorbier Castle (6 miles), Manor Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities (both 3.5 miles).

Spotlessly clean. Amazing location. A most generous welcome pack, in my experience such things are few and far between in other properties. Beds and seating so comfortable. Underground private parking for 2 cars. A fully equipped kitchen, with excellent appliances. A lift from ground floor. Owner continually renewing and upgrading the apartment. Absolutely stunning apartment, beautifully decorated, warm, quiet and comfortable. Equipped to the highest order - all the entertainment youll need. Fantastic location and a real plus to have secure parking. Great view of North beach and harbour, especially from the rooftop terrace.

Superb apartment:- Spotlessly clean. Beds so comfortable and linen crisp and clean. Excellently equipped kitchen. Very efficient and easy to navigate central heating. The most generous welcome pack, abandoned by many apartments today. Underground parking for 2 cars. The provision to recycle.

The apartment provides fantastic views across North Beach. The property is also well positioned for easy access to the town. This, together with the added bonus of underground parking, is a great welcomed addition. It was easy to unload and load our belongings outside the property , before and after using the garage. The Penthouse was excellent! The owners have thought of everything and it was a real home from home. As for the view, it was stunning. Our only critical thought was the accessibility at the start having to walk up the steep ramp and then the steps up into the building. That said we loved the Penthouse.

The Penthouse in Tenby is a superb property. It is SO comfortable and well equipped. All furnishings are tasteful and high quality, the beds are really comfortable and all appliances are easy to use. It feels as if the owner is (rightly) very proud of this penthouse, the result being that it is homely. And then there is the VIEW!! WOW! You could siRead moret on the cleverly positioned swing stools by the window all day and never tire of such a glorious vista of the lovely bay. We will be back! Hide

This was our second stay in the apartment, and it was just as good as last year. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view over Carmarthen Bay is spectacular, It's an easy(ish) walk to the shops and restaurants in the town, so the underground car park is a bonus; we only took the car out for a couple of day trips.

Fantastic views, great location, great amenities. We especially liked the terrace overlooking the harbour. We enjoyed a lovely family holiday, with plenty of room for us and the kids. We will definitely be booking to come back next year!

A beautifully presented apartment in a stunning location with amazing views across North Beach. Having secure parking was a real bonus. The location was just perfect and there was everything you needed in the apartment. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. I've no hesitation in recommending this apartment, it made a perfect base for the holiday.
