Perfect for couples and small families, this third-floor apartment is situated in the traditional, seaside village of Saundersfoot. Located just 50 metres from the beach, you can enjoy lazy summer days on the sand, embrace invigorating morning swims in the sea or try your hand at sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding on the sparkling waves. Explore the narrow streets to browse little shops and discover delicious places to eat. Return for an after-dinner aperitif on the balcony, the perfect place to enjoy the far-reaching sea views.

Warm wooden floors, cream walls and large floor-to-ceiling patio doors allow this compact apartment to appear spacious and airy. In the open-plan living space, the neutral decor and simple furnishings are complemented by splashes of colour. Welcoming after a busy day, gather everyone together for sociable mealtimes at the dining table, opening the doors to let the fresh sea air breeze in as you dine. As the sun sets, relax on the comfortable sofa for a movie or a good book for some quiet time. The double bedroom is fresh and light, and there is a single bed in the hallway. Wake for an al fresco breakfast on the balcony, listening to the waves rushing up the sandy shore.

Overlooking the beach, this property is made for lazy days of sun, sea and sand. Follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path south to Monkstone Beach (1.5 miles) for fabulous views of Saundersfoot Bay from the headland at Monkstone Point. Cyclists can follow the old railway line from the harbour up to Stepaside (3.5 miles) above the wooded Pleasant Valley. For some family fun, take on the challenge of laser combat at Battlefield LIVE! or try karting, paintballing and zip lining at Heatherton World of Activities, both within 4.5 miles. Have a day on the water with Saundersfoot Pleasure Boats for fishing trips, coastal cruises and seal watching trips that set off from the harbour, and kids will love meeting a variety of animals at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (3.5 miles), and Manor House Wildlife Park (4.5 miles).

The accommodation is clean and comfortable, has all the equipment needed to make simple meals, and has an excellent location in Saundersfoot, with fantastic sea views, however the advertised parking space for a small/ medium car, is only suitable for a motor bike. To be exact, the space itself only measures 172cm wide, which is far too narrow tRead moreo accommodate even modern small cars (.....a Smart car measures 166cm without mirrors / 189cm with mirrors)! When we visited March 2026 the spaces looked newly painted and we suspect someone has measured this space incorrectly as all the other spaces were much larger. We have asked the owners to check this out. If you are looking for accommodation with parking we would advise you clarify the parking situation before booking. Hide

This is our third stay at Beech Court Apartments and we love it. The location right on the beach front is fantastic whatever the weather, with wonderful views of the sea, beach and Saundersfoot harbour. There is plenty of beach walking, with shops and places to eat close to hand with a very good bus service.

Absolutely fantastic place, views are the best, balcony with seating brilliant! Everything in apartment you need, mattress could do with being changed, but this is my personal preference, shower door little narrow! And car parking space too narrow even for a medium size car! You could get car in just, but If other spaces filled you would not be ablRead moree to get out! I would recommend this property, just be careful about parking. There are some great places to eat, the Royal Oak, harbw, Sip n Sea etc Hide

Excellent location. Not suitable for disabled as 43 steps up to apartment. Very narrow car parking space. Very clean & modern. Difficult access into shower cubicle as narrow doorway plus no grab rail or slip mat which made it a health safety hazard Requires more cooking utensils, Information folder would have been useful

Great views from the balcony. Beds are comfy. 3 sets of towels and bedding provided. Ideal for 2/3 people. Just a couple of minutes walk along the Strand into Saundersfoot. Just a shame there isn't a lift as the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Another enjoyable stay at 35 Beach Court. The improvements made to the apartment since last year were appreciated, especially the outdoor furniture.

The view is great and lounge good. Just a few improvements would make it so much better be honest with your customers before they book ie car parking and small bed.

Third floor with only stairs to access it, carrying suitcases and bags etc., was not good. I did not see any mention that there was only stairs. The view from the lounge was great, best part of the stay. Good balcony, but yet again was let down by three rusty aluminum deckchairs which looked unsafe to sit in. The table top was cracked and missing tRead moreiles of the table on balcony. Could also do with a rubber safety mat for the shower. Little attention to details which make or break a holiday. Hide
