This luxurious townhouse apartment is located in the heart of Tenby, within the historic town walls with views towards the golden sands of North Beach. The town centre offers a vibrant hub of restaurants, cafes and bars plus plenty of independent shops and high street chains to choose from. The iconic harbour can be reached in under 500m where you can sample some of the best fresh seafood or book a boat trip out to Caldey Island. If you love a day at the beach, you are truly split for choice in Tenby with four to choose from, with North Beach being just 250 metres away on foot.

As you enter the apartment, you are welcomed into the entrance hallway with space for coats and shoes and an antique monk's bench. Head on up to the first floor, and you will find your open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining room enjoying views towards Tenby North Beach. The lounge area has plenty of seating gathered around the 50" Smart TV and contemporary electric fireplace. The bay window has additional seating provided to curl up with a cup of coffee and take in those amazing sea views. There's a large dining table adjacent to the contemporary kitchen offering a great entertaining space for families to enjoy together on their holiday. There's a convenient WC on this floor as well as a utility cupboard in the hall. Carry on up to the second floor and you will find your first three bedrooms. There are two double rooms, one of which benefits from a Smart TV and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin room. All bedrooms have been well-equipped with plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings. Completing the second floor is a family bathroom with an L-shaped bath with an overhead shower and WC. Continue onto the third floor where you'll find a further bedroom. This luxurious bedroom has a super king-size bed, a Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom.

There is no outdoor space at this property, but the nearest beach is reachable in under 250 metres and enjoys a vast expanse of golden sand where families can play, take a walk or go for a paddle.

Perfect for a winter trip to Tenby including New Year - the fireworks were excellent at midnight to welcome in 2026. Coastal walking from Tenby is beautiful. Summers met all of our needs. The location is superb. The pre arrival details made it clear that we would need to unload quickly then move our vehicle so we packed accordingly and this was notRead more a problem for us. The apartment was clean, comfy and very well equipped with plenty of space. The location was perfect - near to the beach for the children and central to Tenby. The owners were very helpful in accommodating our needs. Thanks for making our holiday enjoyable

We had a lovely stay, place was really well equipped, plenty of cleaning products and loo roll, soap to get us started. Beds were very comfy. Location is brilliant, a bit noisy on weekend nights but worth it to be so close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Summers is a fabulously appointed property and the locality is perfect for all of Tenbys fabulous shops, restaurants and pubs. It has a great view of North beach and you can people watch up and down the high street. The four bedrooms are a fabulous size and the master is huge with magnificent walk in shower (wet room) The other bathrooms all top quRead moreality too. An incredible holiday house. Designed and equipped to a very high standard. Very spacious. Very clean. Great quality furniture, beds and kitchen equipment. Finished to a high specification and a right in the heart of the action location, you could not ask for a better place for a family to stay in Tenby. The views were excellent as the house overlooks the North Beach. It is a quick walk to the Castle and South Beaches as well. Once we unloaded our vehicle, there was ample parking in one of the local cRead morear parks. We would highly recommend Summers! Hide

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable house in a perfect location; everything is less than a 10 minute walk away. Amazing beach with fishmonger at the top; value organic veg and a butcher in the market downstairs; friendly locals; great pubs. Misinformation about the 'drop off lay-by'; it's outside the daytime road closure zone so can be used any time, Read moreif free. I reported the TV in the master bed was broken when I arrived. I was told it would be fixed "asap". However, I didn't hear anything else. Hide
