Located in a picturesque village, this first-floor apartment makes a lovely rural retreat for a couple or small family exploring the Pembrokeshire countryside. Just a few miles to the north of the historic town of Pembroke, the apartment is one of a pair of delightful properties and features ample accommodation for two or three guests, with space for a couple of dogs as well. The neighbouring apartment can be booked along with this one by larger groups. The apartment is situated behind a cheerful village inn and makes a useful and relaxing base for walkers exploring the southern parts of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

 

On entering this warm and cosy first-floor apartment, you will find the light and friendly open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring comfortable seating, TV and DVD the lounge area makes a great spot for unwinding in at the end of a great day out exploring Pembrokeshire’s glorious countryside. There’s also a charming dining space and the kitchen is kitted out with a range of equipment so you can share a favourite meal in the evening. Elsewhere in the apartment, there are two bedrooms with wooden furniture: a double room and a single. There’s also a handy bathroom with a shower over the bath.

 

The village of Cosheston lies along the Daugleddau Estuary, and is a great base for enjoying some lovely rural walks. The historic town of Pembroke is to the south (3 miles) and is renowned for its impressive Norman castle and a delightful mix of Georgian and Tudor architecture. Pembroke is also home to a range of welcoming pubs, restaurants and independent shops. The National Trust’s estate at Stackpole (7.5 miles) is home to Bosherston Lakes, Stackpole Quay and the beach of Barafundle. The popular seaside town of Tenby is also within easy reach (10 miles).

Perfect accommodation for us and our 16 year old daughter. Nice pub close by, welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee and cake. Good location to visit Pembroke, Tenby etc.

Good location, apartment was well equipped with everything you needed. Really enjoyed meals in the pub next door with friendly staff and was dog friendly.

Fabulous little apartment, warm and comfortable. We had a great stay. Everything very clean and the TV had lots of channels for cosy evenings in. The xmas lights were also a lovely touch. Super apartment, very clean - ideal for three adults. Well equipped with everything we needed; lovely touch to have the milk, tea, coffee and cake waiting for us. Location wise, under a 5minute drive from the A477 from where you are ideally situated for Tenby, Pembroke, etc The pub behind which is parking for the apartment, is well worth a visit, fRead moreood is lovely but I would advise you book well in advance, we dropped on as they'd just had a cancellation otherwise they were fully booked for the week!
