Studded within the Mid Wales countryside, 3.5 miles away from Llandysul, this picturesque property sleeps eight guests in complete seclusion. Overlooking the unspoilt Teifi Valley, you’ll be ideally placed for reconnecting with the great outdoors with opportunities to fish, play golf and walk. You can also try adventurous activities such as diving in Aberporth, 11 miles away. Unwind in the evening by pouring a glass of something special and soaking in your private hot tub or escape inside to curl up by the wood burner.

Whether you are making your first coffee of the day using the Nespresso machine or watching the sunset over an al fresco supper in the garden, this attractive property is an excellent base. The surprisingly contemporary interior is characterised by vaulted ceilings, fresh decor and stylish furniture in the marvellous kitchen/diner, and the lounge is the height of comfort with its wood burner and cosy sofas. From here, a set of stairs leads up to a half-landing where you’ll discover three bedrooms and the family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room and the final bedroom is back downstairs. Completing the property is a shower room and a utility room, and the garden has a hot tub and off-road parking for three cars.

The market town of Llandysul is brimming with independent shops and eateries to explore, and a short drive will bring you to Cenarth, 10 miles away. Renowned for its waterfalls and fascinating history of coracle fishing, this gem of a destination is set on the banks of the River Teifi and is a well-known salmon leap spot. Heading towards the coast, Aberporth is 11 miles away with its two sandy beaches and views across Cardigan Bay.

Lovely well equipped cottage, close to a lot of places to drive to. All rooms good sizes, plenty of storage. Plenty of kitchen equipment including an air fryer. Nice to have a hot tub, even tho I'm not a fan, I was strangely drawn to it at the end of the day. Gorgeous views and so peaceful. Perfectly positioned for driving to POI or beach.Garden furRead moreniture is a little bit tired and could do with a revamp, quite wobbly wooden chairs. Dog friendly but please be aware the garden is open to the road. Hide

Great location with the most beautiful views. The house was comfortable and well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub and underfloor heating! Would definitely recommend.
