This superb barn conversion provides a romantic retreat for two in the stunning Gower National Landscape. Whether you want to explore historic sites or glorious shorelines, you will find plenty of choice within easy reach. Visit the sandy beach Three Cliffs Bay (1.5 miles) which is dog friendly and is a great spot for soaking up the sun or paddling in the water. From here, you can reach the ruins of Pennard Castle which is surrounded by walking routes providing beautiful views. Mumbles (6.5 miles) is a bustling seaside village which has a range of independent shops and places to eat. Take a long stroll along the Gower Coast Path, running along the clifftops and overlooking beautiful beaches.

Head through the front door into the hallway. Straight ahead is the shower room, to your left is a double bedroom, and to your right is the welcoming lounge which has comfortable seating and a wood burner-effect electric fire; this is the perfect room for curling up in the evenings watching a good film – and for dining at the table. Head through to the kitchen from here. A handy, separate space for storing your outdoor gear is situated through the kitchen by the back door.

Outside the front of the property is an enclosed garden which is laid to lawn and has a sweet bistro set. Dine alfresco or enjoy a morning coffee while you admire the farmyard surroundings. Private parking is available for one car.
