Located in a prime position in the village of Saundersfoot and with panoramic views overlooking the beach, it is an ideal setting for a family getaway. Well situated, with direct access onto the beach and a comfortable, flat walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants along The Strand. A good selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are within half a mile and there are two superb beaches on either side of the working harbour. Take the coastal path through woodlands to the Victorian town of Tenby (3 miles) which has three beaches, a museum, an indoor climbing centre and boat trips leaving from the harbour. Folly Farm (4 miles) has lots of animals, from monkeys, meerkats and giraffes to farmyard favourites. Pembrokeshire will provide a memorable experience for you and your family.

Take in the amazing views from this south facing, seaward side property. From the entrance hall, take a few steps down into a bedroom with a double bed and patio doors leading out to the rear patio area and access to the beach. Also on this floor is a second double bedroom. After a busy day exploring, freshen up in the bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Take a spiral staircase to the first floor, where you’ll find the lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and a seating area where you can watch the world go by with a glass of wine or whilst reading a book. A patio door leads out to a small balcony with sea views. Gather and enjoy a meal together in the dining area seating seven people. The kitchen is also on this level and has windows on three sides with sea views. Another spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a single bedroom with a Velux window, and a double room with an en-suite bath, shower cubicle and WC.

The terraced patio features garden furniture. From here, you have direct access to the beach via steps.
