The whole layout of the bedrooms and en-suites were perfect for our party of 10. Having two lounges was great and the kitchen diner ideal. Our dog loved the space too! The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious yet also had a warm and cosy atmosphere.

We spent a weekend here recently from Friday to Sunday for my parents joint birthday celebration. We were a large group and other family members booked the cottage next door too. We could not fault the property and the owner was on hand if we had any queries. My children already want to go back.

The house is excellent and comfortable; high-spec with plenty of room and great equipment and amenities. Its location in the village is good; being opposite the playground, dog field and milk machine is brilliant when you're away with two toddlers and a dog . The field full of cows behind the house was also a highlight. Location wise, the situationRead more of the house is first class - it is a relatively short drive to Llandeilo, Ammanford, the National Botanic Gardens and Carmarthen as well as a number of other visitor attractions. My only wish is that Llanarthney had a local shop but we are from the city so used to such things. That said, the milk machine opposite the house does excellent milkshakes that caused great excitement with the two toddlers in our group. I would recommend Cliftonville House to anyone looking staying in West Wales. Hide

Had an amazing time at Cliftonville. The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless. There were 11 of us in our party and we had plenty of space. The owner was on hand and sorted any issues we had. The local community were really welcoming and the pizza van on the Tuesday was probably the best we had ever had just make sure you book a slot. WOW, what an amazing property that all 10 guests fell in love with and didn't want to leave, youngest being 17 and the oldest 77. We booked this holiday home to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and this property delivered from the moment I booked to us leaving the property. Great communication with owner from the off. All the rooms were amazRead moreing, clean and thought out. Plenty of space and areas for people to be together but also have space. View from the garden........I could wake up to that every morning. Whilst there we used the kitchen which had everything we needed, we even managed homemade pizzas and also a full roast dinner for 10. Lovely little pub up the road which a few of us visited, didn't eat there but dad said the food looked amazing and a recreational ground opposite which we had a family game of rounders in. Have already recommended it to family and friends and will definitely be returning for other family gatherings. It felt like a home from home and the beds are amazingly comfortable which is a bonus. Can't wait to return. Hide
