The cottage is located in the peaceful seaside village of Little Haven, less than 100 metres from the beach. The beach is a gorgeous shingle backed sandy inlet, ideal for young families and during low tide, you can make the walk across the beach to neighbouring Broad Haven. The village boasts a couple of pubs and cafes, many of which make the most of those sea views. The village is just 6 miles from the county town of Haverfordwest with its selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. If you head along the coast road, you can visit St David's (15 miles) and explore the local galleries and beautiful cathedral.
As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed in to an inviting hallway with stairs leading up to the first floor and space for shoes and coats. To the left, you'll find the lounge with two large sofas centred around the TV and cosy wood burner. Relax and unwind in this homely sanctuary after a fun day of exploring the coast. Head back across the hallway and you will find the family dining room adjacent to the kitchen. There's a table for eight and a feature fireplace. The kitchen is well placed and has the basic necessities to prepare a meal during your stay or pack a picnic for on the go. Head up the stairs to the first floor and you will find three bedrooms. There are two double rooms, both with wardrobes and drawer storage for clothes and belongings. The third room is a bunk bedroom with wall mounted clothes hanging unit. Completing the cottage is the contemporary family bathroom with walk-in shower.
Externally, the cottage has an enclosed courtyard - perfect for storing beach equipment. There are steep stone steps leading up to the decked terrace with outdoor seating. The terrace is fenced and is ideal spot for a bit of al fresco dining or a cold drink at the end of the day. Please note the steps may be unsuitable for some and children should be supervised at all times.
