This beach house is located in the picturesque village of Broad Haven, in the heart of St Brides Bay. There is a large, golden sand beach (200m) which is popular all year round with visitors and locals alike. Pack a picnic and a bucket and spade for the little ones or get your paddleboards and kayaks out and explore the bay. The seafront is home to a handful of cafes, restaurants and shops plus a pub restaurant so there's no need to cook if you don't want to. Head along the coast to Newgale (7.9 miles) which is a popular spot for surfing or go further North to Great Britain's' smallest city, St Davids (14.9 miles) and visit the incredible cathedral.
As you enter the property you are welcomed into a hallway corridor with room for your coats and shoes. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, a double room with built in wardrobes and shower cubicle. There are also French doors leading out to the pretty, decked garden from here. There ground floor also also provides access to the garage space where the owner has helpfully provided a selection of kayaks, surfboards and wetsuits for guest to use at their own risk. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. Head up on to the first floor and you'll find your main living space making the most out of the sea views. The lounge diner has two large, leather sofas, a dining table for 6, and a TV with Freesat package. Patio doors lead off from the lounge onto your own private balcony terrace with views over the sea and nature reserve. The kitchen area sits adjacent to the lounge diner creating an excellent social space to spend time with family or friends. Head onto the second floor and you'll find a further two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and sea view from the bay window. This bedroom leads to a jack 'n' jill family bathroom with freestanding bath, WC, sink & large separate walk-in shower cubicle. The third and final bedroom has twin single beds and wardrobe space.
The garden can be accessed either through French doors in the ground floor bedroom or from the first floor balcony. There's is a large, decked area with outdoor seating and table making this the perfect spot to dine al fresco, or just relax and enjoy a cool drink soaking up those sea views after a fun day at the beach.
