Situated near the seaside location of Mumbles, this delightful holiday home is conveniently located for the perfect family holiday. Mumbles village has local shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants, pubs and excellent play facilities for children. Langland Bay (1.5 miles) has a great brasserie and a cafe on the beach. The city of Swansea with its Marina and many attractions is 4 miles away, whilst Worms Head and Rhossili Beach are within a 17-mile drive. There are a host of walking and cycling opportunities along with the option to dine out along the way.

The house has been tastefully decorated throughout and provides a lovely holiday getaway for families or couples. Enter the house and into the hallway which has a handy cupboard for those coats/shoes and boots. From here, you are led into the open-plan living/dining area with ample soft seating and a Smart TV. The dining area has seating for all and leads into the fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen, where there is plenty of storage for all your shopping and where tasty meals can be created after a busy day exploring the beautiful local area. Both the dining area and the kitchen have access to the enclosed garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the main king-size room and the second, a twin room. To complete the accommodation there is a charming family shower room near the bedrooms.

Outside to the rear, you will find an enclosed garden with seating areas perfect for al fresco dining and to the front of the house, a lawned area with a patio.

Great holiday let, close to the Mumbles and seafront, very clean and comfortable. We all had a lovely holiday.
