The cottage is ideally located in the popular seaside village of Broad Haven in the heart of St Brides Bay. The golden sand beach is ideal for family days out, water sports such as surfing or kayaking and is also dog friendly (subject to local date restrictions). There are a range of seafront bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and takeaway to enjoy. Its smaller neighbour, Little Haven, can be reached in a mile by car or you can go on foot across the beach when the tide is low. During the Summer season, a trip to Skomer Island is a must to see the famous Pembrokeshire puffin. Boats leave from Martin's Haven (9.6 miles) daily during the mains season and booking is advised.
The cottage is accessed via the garden and the rear patio doors. As you enter, you are welcomed into the lounge/diner which enjoys two, comfortable leather sofas and a dining table. There's a TV with Freeview package to keep up with your favourite programmes while you're away, and views from the patio doors into the garden. The galley style kitchen is adjacent to lounge and has been equipped with all the basic necessities required to prepare a meal during your holiday or a packed lunch on the go. There's on double bedroom on the ground floor with bedside tables and chest of drawers. Completing the ground floor is a convenient WC. Head up on to the first floor and you will find a further two bedrooms - double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers and a twin room, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and sea views. The family bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.
Externally, the rear garden benefits form a raised decking area with outdoor seating, perfect for dining alfresco after day at the beach. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn.
