Ty Del, ‘pretty house’ in Welsh, certainly lives up to its name. Ty Del is a delightful and comfortable cottage, stylishly appointed and only steps away from the beach. Situated on a small development, this semi-detached house is ideal for relaxing breaks, seaside family holidays, or more energetic activities for watersports enthusiasts and walkers along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The village of Broad Haven has all you need, with a large golden sand beach, eateries, shops and a pub. Take a walk at low tide to picturesque Little Haven, or head north along the coast and experience Newgale (7.9 miles), Solva (11.8 miles), or Britain's smallest city - St Davids (14.9 miles). The town of Haverfordwest, with supermarkets and shops, is only 6 miles away.

Accessed down a flight of steps from the parking spaces, as you enter the property the welcoming bright hallway leads you to the lounge with two comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted electric fire, Freesat TV, DVD player, DVDs, books, maps and a few games and toys. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped to prepare a breakfast to start your day or a picnic on the go and has a dining table to enjoy full meals. There's also a conservatory with a cane sofa and chairs, where you can listen to the sea and enjoy stunning sunsets. Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find a spacious king-size room and a twin room. Both bedrooms are light and airy and have ample storage for clothes and belongings. The family bathroom completes the property.

Externally, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio area and lawn, as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy dining al fresco or a cool drink after a fun day at the beach. There is a handy hose for sandy feet and wetsuits, and an outside store containing some beach toys.

Fantastic cottage, location is wonderful if you like the beach. Facilities are 100%, the cottage is kitted out with everything you need.

Very comfortable house, felt homely and warm, very welcome especially as there was snow when I was there. Loved the decor, simple and tasteful. Comfy bed. Secure dog proof garden which was good for bringing dogs into after a walk, kept sand etc. from getting into the house. Great location. Would highly recommend.
