The property is located on an exclusive road of luxury residences on the outskirts of Tenby. You can reach the town and beaches via a quiet back lane on foot in half a mile. Tenby enjoys a vibrant town centre with plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. The town also boasts four golden, sandy beaches so you are truly spoiled for choice on your holidays here. For family days out, head to nearby Manor Park Zoo or Heatherton World of Activities in just 3 miles or Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (6 miles). For the more active, Pembrokeshire enjoys miles of coastal path with routes for people of all fitness levels to enjoy and take in the magnificent coastal scenery.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a generous hallway with storage for your shoes and bags plus plenty of DVDs and board games to choose from. Head left into the contemporary farmhouse style kitchen leading into the large dining room with seating for eight plus additional snuggle chair. The dining room has access to the garden via French doors, offering a great entertaining space for the family. Head back into the hallway and down two steps, you will find the lounge which has been comfortably equipped with three three-seater sofas centered around the 42" TV with Sky streaming package. The lounge also looks out on and has access to the garden terrace. The ground floor also enjoys a separate 'snug' living room / games room with TV and Wii console with games provided. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for convenience. Completing the ground floor is a downstairs shower room and WC. Head up to the first floor and you will find four generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, TV and en-suite shower room. There is an additional king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite shower plus two twin bedrooms. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom with p-shape bath with overhead shower.

Externally, the garden enjoys a large composite decked terrace looking out over the garden lawn. There are two outdoor seating areas to enjoy and a gas bbq - perfect for al fresco dining on those warm summer evenings. The large lawn area is fully enclosed and offers a great space for children to play.

What a fabulous find. Clean, very spacious, well equipped, lovely garden and only a 20 minute walk into town. So much to do and see in Tenby. Tenby ghost walk was entertaining. Multiple cafes and restaurants in town (generous portions served everywhere). We were a party of 8 adults and all thoroughly e noted our trip to Caldey Island. We had a Read moretakeaway delivery from New China Town which was superb. Again, very generous portions. Hide

Nice large property which worked for three couples. Great location for walking into Tenby. Quiet location. Everything you would need was in the property, Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Twmbarlwm. This property is the gift that keeps giving, plenty of rooms spacious for two families total of 6 to enjoy. The pictures do not do the size justice. Huge bedrooms, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with every gadget possible and then a stunning wrap around decking to enjoy the evening sunshine after a daRead morey exploring. A 10 minute walk to Tenby with two young children who did not find this difficult at all. The garden was a lovely space for the children to continue playing once we had returned from any days out and once tired of the outside a play room just for them. We will be returning here again and highly recommend . Hide

Beautiful house. Large and spacious. Garden brilliant for us all. Everything we needed was there. Excellent location and Tenby town and beaches were both wonderful. We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely be returning.

This house is great for a holiday base in Tenby , its in a quiet location 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins from the coop for supplies . Its very roomy and great for a mix of ages , well equipped and has a great garden with decking with 2 tables and lots of chairs , a great spot for drying wet swimming costumes etc . The property was perfect for a 3 generation family holiday . Amazingly well equipped and very comfortable, lots of space. Very convenient for walking access to the beach, town and local Coop for supplies.

This is a loverly spacious house and a great spot for a family holiday. Some maintenance is required and the furniture and beds are in need of replacement.

Very spacious and well equipped house. We stayed here as 8 adults and there was plenty of space, including enough bathrooms! Location is excellent, about 10 mins walk into the centre of Tenby and there's a shortcut to avoid the big hill. Co-op available less than 5 mins walk. Beds were a little soft for our liking and unfortunately the BBQ had not Read morebeen cleaned or checked for gas. Overall though a great house and we would stay again Hide
