This delightful semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the Mumbles (0.5 miles) and with room for 6 guests, this is an ideal place for a coastal get-together with family and friends. The bustling village centre is around half a mile away with its shops, pubs and cafes, but also you have the sea to enjoy. The nearest beach, Rotherslade (0.4 miles) and Langland Bay (0.6 miles), with its sandy shores and wonderful views, popular for those who love to swim and surf all year round! There are free tennis courts at Langland and the coast path is within walking distance and dog friendly.

From the driveway, into the front door of this modern property. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar, separate dining table and chairs. There is also a useful utility room and ground floor WC. Heading into the cosy lounge there is a Smart TV to enjoy a film after a busy day exploring. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one king-size and two doubles. All the rooms have been elegantly decorated and are relaxing spaces to sleep in. We absolutely loved our time at Ty Mor. Everything about the house was just perfect, it was so well equipped and the location was great. We loved the open plan design of the living area which had been done beautifully. Parking was not an issue as there were always spaces in the street outside. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept weRead morell. We would thoroughly recommend , one of the best properties we have stayed in. Hide

A really lovely stay. Well equipped, beds really comfortable and we felt like we were home from home. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Amazing!

The parking was a problem and I think you should mention it is very hilly apart from parking the accommodation was excellent not really suited to anyone with mobility problems

Saying there was parking with the property when there wasnt. This was not mentioned in the description when booking the holiday. A little disappointed.
