Sleeping up to 14 people in the rural Gower village of Llanrhidian, this property offers the opportunity for a multi-generational family holiday. If you’re looking for some fabulous walks, the Wales Coastal Path is within easy reach, and the gorgeous beaches of Whiteford Sands and Broughton Bay are within 8 miles. The Gower Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it the perfect place to relax surrounded by spectacular scenery. In particular, you could visit Penclawdd, 5 miles away, a village famous for its local cockle industry and offering far-reaching views across the Loughor River. While there, be sure to pick up a treat at the Gower's first homemade gelato parlour.

The property is beautifully presented with light and bright interiors. The spacious lounge features gorgeous wooden flooring, a stylish wood burner and French doors leading out to the patio. Also providing a wonderful place to kick back and relax is the colourful snug, complete with wood burner in an attractive fireplace. There is plenty of room for socialising in the generous kitchen, with an island and three bar stools, and large dining area with views of the garden and Penclawwd Estuary. This floor also offers a cosy single bedroom, utility room and separate WC. Five of the property’s seven bedrooms can be found on the second floor: two doubles, a king-size and a twin. Each characterful bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind. This is especially true of the final bedroom on this floor, a super-king-size, with a TV, armchair, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite shower room. Up here, there is also a fabulous bathroom with free-standing bath and separate walk-in shower. The seventh bedroom is on the second floor; a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and Velux windows make this a charming space. It even has its own en-suite bathroom. As if that wasn’t enough, this property has the added bonus of an annexe, where you’ll find a king-size bed, compact kitchen area including a dining table, and a wet room with shower chair and hand rails.

Outside, the garden has a large lawn and a patio with ample outdoor seating options for both dining and relaxing.

Great location great place. The house swallowed the 11 of us and one doggy with no problems, never feeling crowded or cramped. The kitchen and dining areas especially need praise as there were more than enough bits and bobs so meals could be cooked for all and we could all sit down at the same time. Ours was a family holiday with ages from 4 to 70 Read moreand it worked for us all. We were even lucky enough to get some sun so the outside seating also got well used. Great time, many thanks. Hide
