The ground floor of the townhouse welcomes you into an open-plan lounge/dining room, complete with a large comfy corner sofa, matching armchairs, a Smart TV and a generous dining table nestled next to a triple-aspect feature window with views across Carmarthen Bay, North Beach and Tenby Harbour. You’ll find another beautiful dining set, a breakfast bar with high stools and a reading nook renovated from an original inglenook fireplace in the spacious kitchen/diner, well-equipped with everything you’ll need to cater. A large circular staircase leads up the five floors above, featuring two king-size bedrooms, one bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, and two bedrooms that both have two super-king-size zip-and-link beds (therefore can select 2 x super king or 4 x single beds), all benefiting from en-suite shower rooms and sea views. Back down the circular staircase, the basement comprises a unique cinema room with a Smart TV and large bean bags, a laundry area and a final family shower room.
