Sitting in the heart of the vibrant fishing village of Saundersfoot, this contemporary property is a fantastic option for large families or groups of friends to explore all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. Lazy days at the beach are within easy reach with a choice of Saundersfoot Beach (0.1 miles), Coppet Hall Beach (0.5 miles) and Wiseman’s Bridge Seafront (1.3 miles) all offering something a little different. The Pembrokeshire Coast sits just off the main beach, with a route running through to the walled town of Tenby (4.5 miles), filled with a selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a fascinating history. Staying closer to home, for younger guests, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (3 miles) has an array of exotic and farmyard animals to see, while Saundersfoot itself is a family-friendly location, with plenty of places to eat and explore within the village.

Spread over four floors, this property is bright and airy throughout with a fresh decor that makes guests feel instantly at home. The first of the living rooms, located on the ground floor, has a large corner sofa around a Smart TV, great for spending quality time with one another in the evenings. Tucked away in the corner is a small utility area with a washing machine and sink. Also on the ground floor is an inviting double bedroom with a wardrobe, and a handy shower room. Up a set of stairs to the first floor is the lovely and welcoming open-plan kitchen and second living area, with another comfortable corner sofa, a dining table for six and a well-equipped kitchen for mealtimes. There are also doors opening out onto a decked area with outdoor seating offering another space for socialising. This floor also has a separate WC. On the second floor are three more bedrooms, two pretty doubles that share a Jack and Jill shower room and a single room. The double and single rooms are all equipped with storage and TVs for entertainment. You'll also find another bathroom on this floor with a bath. The nicely presented king-size room is on the top floor and boasts a spacious en-suite shower room and a walk in closet. 

Outside the property there is a rear garden laid with artificial grass and a table with chairs for dining al fresco. There is also a fantastic balcony, accessible from the first-floor lounge/diner which overlooks the garden; a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee.

We were very pleased to find a house which could accommodate our family of 9, so close to the beach and the heart of this lovely village. The adults were pleased that the shops, restaurants and bars were all on-hand and the grand-children delighted that the marvelous beach could be reach in just a few minutes. The house was comfortable and well-eRead morequipped with indoor sitting areas supplemented by external balconies on two floors. These were much appreciated and well-used during our stay which was during an exceptionally sunny week in late-May. We very much enjoyed our week's holiday and would be happy to return again. Hide

A very nice property with good facilities and within a minutes walk of the gorgeous beach at Saundersfoot. The property is ideally sited for the shops, pubs and restaurants of Saundersfoot and id also within driving distance of many of the local attractions like Folly Farm etc. A great place to stay.

The cottage is superbly sited for everything Saundersfoot has to offer. Its only a 2 minute stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Cottage is also within easy driving distance of Tenby and many of the attractions that Pembrokeshire offers. The amenities at the property were excellent and its was spotlessly clean. A spacious, comfortable and well equipped cottage just a stones throw from the beach and harbour. We loved our time at the Sandbox. Would definitely recommend.
