Pack up a picnic and head down to the glorious golden sands of Tenby South Beach, just a 0.5-mile walk (or 1 mile drive) from the front door, or venture to the equally stunning sands of Castle Beach and North Beach around the corner. Marvel at rows of colourful seafront houses before heading down to the quaint harbour (0.5 miles), wander along the seafront promenade or head up to the vibrant high street lined with a fantastic array of pubs, cafes, and shops (a 300-metre walk). Take a boat trip to holy Caldey Island to spot local wildlife or play a round of golf at Tenby Golf Club (0.5 miles away). For walking enthusiasts, follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to the bustling village of Saundersfoot (4.5 miles) with stunning panoramic sea views en route. As well as the luxury of underfloor heating, the ground floor features a cosy, well-presented lounge with a character fireplace and fire, two sofas, and a modern, well-appointed kitchen. The wonderfully spacious dining area, with seating for ten and a gorgeous Welsh dresser, completes the ground floor. On the first floor is a beautiful living room, with hand-picked artwork, an impressive fireplace and partial sea views. There is one bedroom on the first floor, a stunning double room with lovely furniture, and a bathroom with a Victorian-style slipper bath with shower overhead. On the second floor are two further bedrooms, a king, and a twin, with ample storage and partial sea views. We have loved our stay at Chart House. It is in a great location, a short stroll to the magnificent beaches and the many amenities in this charming coastal town. Every aspect of the house has been beautifully curated with great care and maintained to the highest standard. We very much appreciated the many luxurious touches, the attention to detaRead moreil and the fully equipped kitchen. Thank you so much for the welcome hamper and for your thoughtful follow-ups to ensure we were fully settled in. Access to long term parking arrangement made journeys very easy and our dog Otto loved curling up in his corner of the kitchen/dining room after long walks. We leave with fond memories of a beautiful house in a lovely setting and hope to return some day. With our thanks and very best wishes. Hide

Chart House was the perfect retreat for some relaxation and de-stressing. We chose to come out of season and it was exactly what we wanted .Still plenty on offer from artisan shops , eateries and places to visit but without the crowds. Fantastic beaches to stroll along taking in the sea air and many photo opportunities in the locality and beyond.ThRead moree house is extremely well equipped and was spotlessly clean on arrival .The kitchen has everything to equip you to do as much cooking or as little as you wish . Rooms are beautifully presented and the lounge is a place that you really don`t want to leave! The hosts have done a great job making this a wonderful place to spend time at whatever time of the year or whatever the weather. We can definitely recommend. Hide
