This impressive three-storey property overlooks the glorious coastline and beach of Mumbles. The 5-mile seafront promenade is right outside the property, leading around the bay to Swansea Marina in one direction and Mumbles Pier in the other. The 12th-century Oystermouth Castle is just a mile away and Mumbles is the start of the rugged coastline of the Gower Peninsula. Water sports enthusiasts and surfers will love the proximity to Rotherslade Bay (1 mile) and Langland Beach (1.5 miles). Alternatively, visit Llanelli Wetland Centre (13 miles) or explore Perriswood Archery & Falconry (9.5 miles).

This stylish property has a light and airy feel, with its modish decor and elegant details making it an ideal home for social gatherings. The location is the star of this property. Right on the front and able to enjoy the Mumbles highlights at all times. The window doors that open up make even morning coffee in bed a luxury. Comfort factors could use an upgrade for the class of property including pillows and cleanliness.

The house and location are fantastic , the only issue is the parking .

This is a lovely, well maintained, clean and fantastically located house. It had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Located on the seafront, it had some great views, we loved the balconies on the top floor. Parking on the street outside or behind was not always easy. There are car parks. It is located in close proximity to some great bars, rRead moreestaurants and the town centre. I would recommend this house and would book again. Hide

Lovely designer house. Very attractive. Comfy bed. Lots of space. The promenade is being developed for flood protection and the workers are very considerate but it makes walking along the front a challenge. Parking is hit and miss at the moment.
