Property code: OC-PW9262

A remarkable three-storey property in the heart of Saundersfoot that was once part of a former church but now offers plenty of space and amenities to a large family or group of friends marking a special occasion. It’s just 100 metres to the centre of the village, with an abundance of shops, shops, cafes and restaurants dotted around, along with a picturesque harbour that separates the village's two stunning beaches. A walk along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path will be time well spent, with the colourful seaside town of Tenby 4 miles away and the equally resplendent shores of Amroth the same distance in the opposite direction.

The upside-down design approach is evident immediately upon entering the property, with two bedrooms (stepped access to both ground floor bedrooms), both king-size, both with shower rooms and WCs, found on the ground floor. On the first floor, the property’s spacious living areas have a fresh and modern look, complemented by the attention to detail that gives it that extra wow factor. The sitting room features ample seating and bifold doors leading to the terrace. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, a king-size room and a twin room, both with en-suite shower rooms and WCs. On the second floor, guests can spread themselves thinly across an open-plan, split-level living area enjoying sea views over Saundersfoot towards Monkstone Point. The island in the large kitchen is sure to be a popular gathering point for informal dining.

A large decked area sits off the first floor sitting room and features garden furniture, hot tub, a BBQ and ice bucket, everything enclosed by walls and timber fencing. The balcony that sits outside the second floor living area offers spectacular views out over the village and Saundersfoot Bay, both offering perfect places to eat, unwind and let time pass by.

We stayed at this property in early July 2023. There were 6 adults,1 young child and a dog. The property is very well equipped and very spacious. The property is well situated for easy walking into Saundersfoot but the property has lots of stairs - the bedrooms are on the lower 2 floors and the kitchen/dining area is on the top floor (4 flightsRead more of stairs from the garage!). There is space for 2 cars to be parked in the garage but there are 2 parking passes for an additional 2 cars available that were not mentioned on the website. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Hide

The cleaning prior to arrival: half empty water bottle under bed, dirty mirror in bathroom. On arrival: two lamps (upstairs lounge and a bedside table) didn't work, shelf in fridge insecure, panel by toilet in ensuite off the wall, no toiletries (eg shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper etc) provided which you don't expect at this level of rent. ProperRead morety booklet: instructions: how to use hot tub unhelpful, instructions where to leave rubbish when leaving unclear, threats to fine 100 if noise complaint sets the wrong tone and might even encourage some to test the rule. One of the toilet flushers broke when being used.... very prompt repair effected. These may seem small details but they are important. Otherwise a lovely property in a beautiful place. Hide

Hi, The house was lovely. Loads of stairs that we werent quite aware of. The bins hadnt been emptied when we arrived. No bags for the bins or recycling. We had to buy black bin liners when we arrived. Found pairs of used false eye lashes around the place. Dishwasher was full when we arrived so we had to empty it. No bags to put the linen in. DeparRead moreture time of 9am was far too early it ruined the last day of our holiday as we had to pack, clean and tidy on the last time due to the early departure. No oven gloves which we thought was dangerous. No soap in a couple of the dispensers in the bathroom and a tiny bit of washing up liquid. The dishwasher was needing rinse aid and salt so the clean was not good and we had to wash up so had to hit washing up liquid. Hide

The BBQ had bot been cleaned and was, quite frankly, disgusting. We were given a code for the key safe, but to get into the property we needed a code to open the car park gates, which was nowhere to be found in the access email. Because the person who called the office to find out the code was not the named account holder the person handling the cRead moreall would not give out the gate code, saying it was available inside the property in the information pack. They completely missed the point about not being able to open the gate to get in. Thankfully one of the neighbours let us in. Not impressed with the property access details Hide

Neptune was very well appointed & perfect for a group of friends or family gatherings with the upside down layout & an external balcony there are great views of the sea. The hot tub proved to be a great asset & was enjoyed by all the family. We loved the location of the property as you can walk to the beach & cafes plus there was a Tesco Metro for Read morefood shopping. We also enjoyed the walk to Coppid Hall through the tunnel to Wisemans Bridge. Saundersfoot by night was absolutely lovely. I Would thoroughly recommend the Kookaba restaurant opposite Neptune for evening meals. Hide

May 2022 We had a blast, as soon as we walked in - Neptune did not disappoint. The Cinema room was a real treat. Stepping out onto the terrace and enjoying the lazy spa to the end of the day with the family was special with the sounds of Saundersfoot live music and atmosphere soaking through the sea breeze The Kitchen on the top floor was very wellRead more equipped with all we needed to stay in and cook an evening meal. Real plus have ensuites on all bedrooms and extremely comfy beds. The view overlooking the harbour was lovely and sky TV was a real bonus. Will definitely return in Summer holidays with the children as it was so close to the beach. Hide
