Keen golfers might like to play on the course 0.5 miles away, while swimmers and surfers will enjoy walking through the gardens down to the sandy beach, 150 metres away. The other scenic beaches of the Gower Peninsula are also within reach, including Caswell Bay, just 1 mile away. For some retail therapy or to dine out, venture into colourful Mumbles just 1 mile away, with its independent outlets and boutiques, or discover the many attractions of Swansea, 5.5 miles away.

Follow 39 steps down to the apartment to enter at ground-floor level and luxuriate in its eclectic yet enticing decor. Make your way into the kitchen/diner - a cosy space to prepare delicious dinners for your friends and family. On warmer days, pull back the bi-folding doors on to the deck to draw the stunning coastal vistas inside. Spend your evenings relaxing together in the lounge, with its elegant baby grand piano, Victorian fireplace and Smart TV. There are French doors in this room that can be opened up during fine weather. The bedrooms at the apartment include a super-king, with access to a small outside seating area, and a twin. This property was stunning, clean, and is located in an amazing location! The views are spectacular, and the property is so quaint and cozy. The views from every room make you feel right on the water, even hearing the waves faintly at night. And you can also enjoy a tea, or lunch, on the outside patio. The best holiday let in Mumbles. A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It's not for those with limited mobiity because of having to go down the stairs from the car park, but once you're there it's superb. You can just sit on the patio with a drink and watch the sea, it's blissful.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment my family and I loved it. We will hopefully come again. Large amount of steps a challenge for me as Im 81! But exercise is good and worth the decent!

We have a week in the Gower most summers, and Langland is one of our favourite destinations. This flat is the perfect place to stay for a family of four - you couldn't get much closer to the beach! Quirky decor, with high Victorian ceilings and big bedrooms. The swivel chair in the living room was a favourite spot for reading. A wonderful apartment with a great host and everything you could need for the perfect stay. The location is fantastic just a 2 minute walk from the beach with a great cafe and lovely restaurant. There is a really great coastal path at the end of the garden that goes to Mumbles and the nearby beaches, and Mumbles is only a 2 minute drive or 20 minuRead morete walk away if you go inland. Absolutely glorious holiday in this incredible location. We were lucky in that we had amazing weather for the time of year and we really could have been on the Mediterranean, it was so fabulous. Comfy bed and a beautifully equipped apartment. We are already planning our return trip.

This holiday accommodation really had the wow factor especially the views when the sun was shining! Location was perfection, fab beach and brasserie! A beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The views over the bay are wonderful with the coastal path being just at the bottom of the garden. We were impressed with the welcome package of milk, wine and Welsh cakes with fresh flowers dotted around the Thank you to Llinos for these thoughtful touches.
