I sent an email on Wednesday as we were eating breakfast to the sound of very loud banging and drilling from building work on the house next door. This was clearly major work, starting by 9am each day. This meant that we could not enjoy the relaxing week we so needed. It also meant that the traffic in the road was even heavier than usual. Walters Read moreCrescent has a lot of Blue badge parking, and people parking to pop into Tescos. Both these groups frequently park on the double yellow lines and require multiple point turns to get back out. With the building vans as well, this was so much worse and we nearly got blocked in several times. This spoilt our holiday and we would appreciate a refund to reflect the 4 days of severe disruption. All good as the scores suggest. The property was in a great location and was of a very high standard. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of text messages and emails that you sent reminding us about the holiday, when we could arrive, when we had to leave. There is absolutely no need to send adults this amount of messages!!!
