This comfortable, dog friendly bungalow is located within Saundersfoot, the pretty Pembrokeshire village. The spectacular Glen Beach and village harbour - where guests can hire paddleboards and kayaks - are less than 0.5 miles from the property, making it an ideal location for a beach holiday. Keen walkers and cyclists can take advantage of the many coastal and countryside trails that are accessible from the front door of the bungalow. Tenby, the much-loved seaside resort with its pretty harbour, Victorian and Georgian architecture and medieval town walls is just 3 miles away and is accessible via a scenic coastal walk from the village.

This single-storey property is bright and welcoming with a spacious lounge that is filled with light thanks to its adjoining conservatory. With views out towards nearby Swallow Tree Woods, the conservatory, with a large dining table, is a relaxing and tranquil place to gather and enjoy a meal. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday and the bathroom is bright and well-appointed. Two light and bright double bedrooms complete the interior.

Outdoors, guests can relax and take in the views of the lawned garden that’s bordered by mature shrubs. The garden can be fully enclosed by the gates and offers woodland views and garden furniture for al fresco dining or enjoying the first cup of coffee of the day.

Lovely bungalow and very clean and spacious. Everything you needed in the kitchen was modern and plentiful, and the tea coffee milk and biscuits were very welcome. Ty Merlyn is a very comfortable place to stay. The welcome pack was very good and much appreciated. The whole place was wonderfully clean and well equipped. Two very good, sizeable bedrooms and a spacious living room. The garden is secluded with 2 separate areas for outside eating. It is only a 3 minute drive to the centre of Saundersfoot, or a 15 Read moreminute walk if you are up for the challenge of the walk back up the hill. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend Hide

A very tidy and clean cottage. Our kids enjoyed the sloping garden in the evenings. The owner was very easy to to communicate with. Lots of useful information in the cottage re beaches etc. We loved the cottage and would recommend it

Superbly equipped bungalow and lovely patio/garden. It's a beautiful location too, with woodland views at the back and very friendly neighbours. Communication with the owner was comprehensive and fast when we needed to know anything. We'd love to book it again one day.

Saundersfoot was absolutely amazing covering the house, the beaches one by one, the pubs the restaurants and things to do in the area was followed by us all the time we were there. Emmas attention to detail and the quality of the house was great and we had long chats with her lovely neighbours who mowed the grass too whilst we were there. Great location although you need good legs to walk back up the hill from the town. Great Views good local walks superb for getting into Saundersfoot, Tenby, Heatherton Folly farm Dinosaur park all within a few minutes drive. Would strongly advise pre booking any pub restaurant to avoid disappointment very friendly neighbours in the cul de sac. The Read moreowner should be proud of her place. Hide
