An inviting apartment set on the first floor of an imposing Victorian property, this holiday home could be ideal for one family or two smaller ones together. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom retreat is just 150 metres from the beach at Rotherslade Bay and 0.5 miles from the sandy stretches of Langland Bay. From here, you could visit the Gower, with its many scenic beaches to choose from, including Caswell Bay, 1.5 miles away, and Three Cliffs, 5.5 miles away. Mumbles is just 0.5 miles away, with its shops, eateries and pier, and the bustling city of Swansea, 5 miles away, is worth a visit for its theatres, cinemas and family attractions, as well as its shops and restaurants.

The heart of this well-presented holiday home is its bright lounge/kitchen/diner, with its Juliet balcony that captures views out towards the bay. The stylish kitchen sits next to the comfy lounge area, with the dining table enjoying a prime spot by the balcony window. As the day draws to a close head through to the three bedrooms. These include a king-size with en-suite shower room and Smart TV, a twin with a TV, and a bunk bedroom, with 3’ beds. There is also a family bathroom.

There is no garden with this holiday home but guests wishing to relax out in the fresh air can stroll down to the beach.

A great day swam and walked every day. Lovely Sandy beaches at Langland Caswell and Oxwich Bay eight out of bistro Pierre and mermaids. Both excellent recommend walking to Mumbles via Overland Road, Interesting lanes, houses, tiny caf, and a pub takes your mind off the steep climb.

Fantastic location for Mumbles, Langland and Caswell. Loved the fact that the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. Spotlessly clean apartment, well equipped and very comfortable beds. Lovely to have a sea view.

Really beautiful area and location loved watching the waves crash From the window on a windy morning. Amazing property we would highly recommend Joe's ice cream is a must.

Enjoyed your lovely Flat position so convenient both to walk and drive to the lovely base and countryside. Enjoyed Sunday lunch at the Langland Bras and lunch at the Kings head at llangennith.
