This first-floor-end apartment is located in the charming seaside resort of Saundersfoot right by the beach and very close to the coastal path. The apartment is just right for a couple, two friends or two family members with its second sleeping area. The village is home to shops, high quality restaurants and public houses. The apartment is perfect for those who enjoy walking, cycling, surfing, paddle boarding, sailing, beach holidays, sunbathing, rock pools, fishing and star gazing. Saundersfoot has two beaches, one you can see from your apartment and balcony and is only a few steps in front of you and Coppet Hall Beach a short stroll (0.3 miles) along the coast. For even more beaches, picturesque Tenby is only 3.5 miles away, where you will discover an array of wonderful shops and places to eat. For those who value history you might like to visit some amazing and intriguing castles such as Norman Manobier Castle (8 miles), the very fine Pembroke Castle (11 miles) and the 13th Century Picton Castle (14.5 miles).

The sea views from this modern apartment are stunning. You can see them from every part of the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen The well designed kitchen has granite worktops and a generous array of cupboards. There is also a dining table and chairs. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and a single reclining chair and stool. The room also benefits from a Smart TV  and the added cosiness of a flame-effect electric fire. From the beginning of October to the end of April the apartment benefits from underfloor heating in the lounge/dining/kitchen area, the hall and the bathroom. The welcoming main bedroom has a king-size bed, a panel convector heater, plus ample hanging and drawer space. For alternative sleeping arrangements there is also a self-contained hall area with a single bed. Both spaces share a bright shower room.

Leading off the lounge is a full-length balcony with breathtaking views over Saundersfoot Beach, a great place to sit to listen to the sound of the sea and to watch the boats coming and going to the harbour. There is also a shared lawn on the sea side of the apartment.

Lovely flat. Plenty of kitchen equipment. All the appliance manuals are available. Very clean and modern. We thought the beds were very comfy. You just can't fault the view over the beach and sea.

Very clean, well equipped, comfortable Apartment. View excellent, watch boats going in and out of harbour, paddle boarders, rowing boats, swimmers, children playing and numerous dog walkers!

Great location, weve previously stayed next door. Parking spaces very tight - and we dont have a massive car. Bed and bedding comfortable. Stayed in Sept and started to get cold. Had to call owner as underfloor heating was turned off (unacceptable) and fire did not work which they knew about so no heating at all. Perfect for a couple. We would stRead moreay again and would recommend. In this block its one of the best located flats. Hide

Terrific location with a spectacular view. Easy access to the beach from the property and the centre of the town is only two minutes walk. The property was well equipped and the bed linen and towels were very good quality. Would definitely return to this property.

Brilliant location right on the shoreline. My wife and I had a very comfortable, relaxing week at the apartment. It is very well equipped with everything we needed.

We stayed in Flat 11 on the first floor of Beech Court in late March. A casement window and balcony provided a beautiful view of Saundersfoot's front beach. Situated very close to the village centre accomodation for three provides an ideal base for the wider exploration of Pembrokeshire with all its attractions and beauty

Lovely comfortable apartment in a beautiful location. All you need for a perfect holiday. Easy access to everything from shops to great restaurants and lovely walks. We have been to this apartment several times. Normally spotless I'm sure the owners will address our issues when they read their personal review. The main issue was the machine noise all through the night from another apartment. We have suggested a couple of improvements to the owners, microwave positioning is dangerous especially when removing hoRead moret food, the very low height of the toilet. The parking space at the back of the property is a nightmare especially if its pouring down with rain as you have to walk back round to the front of the building with your suitcase, the ground floor apartments have parking spaces at the front of the building, they also have entrance doors at the rear of the apartments, to us this doesn't make sense really, as this apartment is on the first floor with the only access at the front but parking at the back. Will it stop us returning doubtful, but there are several apartments now in the area that have been refurbished to a high standard & slightly more affordable. All with the same view. Likewise there's also some less desirable apartments so make sure you read the reviews, not just the most recent ones. Hide
