This spacious bungalow is ideal for a large family or group of friends to get together for a holiday on the coast. Located in the friendly seaside town of Saundersfoot visitors will find lots to see and do in the area. The town itself has a long sandy beach and a pretty harbour. Here you can try out all sorts of water sports, including kayaking, paddleboarding and jet skiing. Boat trips run from the harbour and 3.5 miles along the coast in Tenby you can also catch a boat out to Caldey Island in the bay. The town beach is linked to the neighbouring beaches via the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Guests can stride out along pretty coastal trails and explore many different beaches along the way. Saundersfoot has a good range of cafes, pubs and restaurants to visit and there are many more to discover in the neighbouring town of Tenby. For a family-friendly day out, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo is 3.5 miles away and Oakwood Theme Park is 8.5 miles away. The charming old market town of Narberth is 8 miles distant and has a wonderful range of independent shops to browse and lots of great places to eat and drink.
The bungalow is set in a quiet residential area with a large driveway and wrap-around garden. The accommodation is all on one level and there is plenty of space for the whole group to stretch out. The open-plan lounge and dining area is a wonderfully sociable space with comfortable sofas and a cosy wood burner. There’s also a large wooden dining table where the whole group can gather for meals. The contemporary kitchen features a useful breakfast bar with space for four. The annexe bedroom in the garden is a double with an en-suite shower room. Back in the bungalow, there are two double bedrooms, a single room and a twin. These four bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom, which has a bath and separate shower.
Outside guests will find a large lawn, perfect for relaxing on. There are four different patio areas, including one just outside the annexe. At different times of day, some are shady and some catch the sunshine. Several are set with outside tables and chairs, so guests can take their pick for morning coffee or evening sundowners. There is also a charcoal BBQ for guests to use, so outside cooking and dining are very much the order of the day here.
