An impressive two-storey property situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this cottage with a games room, is perfect for families or a group of friends looking for an active holiday close to the beach and just a short drive from the attractions in this picturesque part of Wales. Within 2.5 miles are the sandy beaches of New Quay and Cei Bach, as well as the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre and New Quay Harbour, from where boat trips depart to watch for dolphins. The Internal Fire Museum of Power, and Penbryn Beach are 10 miles away while The National Coracle Centre at Cenarth Falls is 16.5 miles away.

This spacious dormer bungalow has a light and airy feel, and the contemporary decor and furnishings make it a perfect home for social gatherings. In the living room, there are two comfortable sofas where you can watch TV and relax together. From the living room, you can enter the conservatory and unwind in the easy chairs while enjoying the countryside views. The kitchen and dining area are large and have everything you need to prepare meals and dine together. The property also boasts a games room with a pool table, cues and balls, and a utility room. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double with a TV, and a twin room. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there's a family room with a double and a single bed, a twin bedroom, and a shower room.

Outside is a large lawn area around the side and rear of the property with two picnic benches, ideal for al fresco dining on fine days.

Salem is a well situated property being close to many stunning beaches and small towns (New Quay and Aberaeron), this gave us plenty to do being a family that ranged in ages from 7 to 72! The outside space at the property is wonderful as the younger members had plenty of space to play badminton, volley ball and football. The property its self wasRead more well equipped, and so clean, the beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out when relaxing on a rainy day! The living and kitchen area are plenty big enough for large groups - we regularly played games as a whole group in the evenings. Thank you for such a lovely stay - we will be recommending to our friends !! Hide

The property was very clean, well maintained, well equipped and had everything we needed for our party of 11. Our only issue was the comfort of the beds, mainly the double and king beds on the ground floor.
