It is located in the heart of the charming seaside resort of Saundersfoot, where there are shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and takeaways – and plenty to see and do. Walk the coast path, learn to paddleboard, take a sea safari from the harbour to spot dolphins, seals, porpoises and sea birds, or go on a fishing trip to catch mackerel, bass or even shark. The Dinosaur Park Tenby – great fun for the young ones – is 3.5 miles, and Manor Wildlife Park is 4.5 miles.

Much of the ground floor is taken up with a bright and airy, generously sized lounge – with a wood burner for cosy evenings in – which is open plan to the dining area and the sleek, Shaker-style kitchen, where there is a breakfast bar and an Alexa – so you can play music, find out the sports results or get tomorrow’s weather forecast. Also on this floor is a utility room with a washer/dryer and WC. Upstairs, the elegant master bedroom benefits from a lovely view with glimpses of the sea and has its own access to the luxurious family bathroom. From the other door of the bathroom (jack-and-jill style) you find yourself in a dressing area with a spacious wardrobe, and beyond this is the delightful second bedroom where there are twin beds and a bunk bed.
