This lovely, spacious ground-floor apartment is filled with natural light and offers more than enough room for two people. Eight steps lead down to the entrance. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by a well-proportioned living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views over Langland town and bay. Glass doors from the lounge lead out onto a large south-facing balcony which enjoys unbroken views over Langland, the coastline and the sea. The balcony is furnished with comfortable chairs and a coffee table and is the perfect spot to relax in the sun, and enjoy an al fresco breakfast or sunset drinks. A steep, stepped path leads from the apartment block down to the beach, offering a shortcut to the sand.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with beautiful views of the Bristol channel and Langland Bay. The beach is a 5 minutes walk but beware of the steep hill. There are a couple of beach side coffee shops within easy reach. The coastal path is easily accessible for a nice walk to Limeslade Bay and then in to Mumbles or to Caswell Bay and beyondRead more in the other direction. The apartment itself is compact and is well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay with the added benefit of the balcony.
